Fluent PRIMA is VATS’ Online Continuous Filtration (OCF) solution, designed to continuously maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness while the equipment is in operation.
Unlike conventional offline filtration machines, Fluent PRIMA is installed directly on the hydraulic system and operates using the system’s existing pressure. It requires no separate pump or motor, making it a compact, simple and highly effective solution for continuous oil cleanliness.
Fluent PRIMA is particularly suited to plants operating multiple hydraulic machines, where maintaining each individual oil tank with a separate filtration machine may not be practical.
No pressure line and return line filter required.

Once installed, Fluent PRIMA continuously draws a small quantity of oil through the bypass circuit, filters it and returns clean oil to the system. This continuous filtration helps prevent contamination from progressively building up during operation and maintains the oil at the required cleanliness level.
Powered by VATS G2D filtration technology, Fluent PRIMA provides high dirt-holding capacity and is designed to maintain oil cleanliness at NAS 7 throughout operation.
