It all comes back
to the oil.
Downtime, repairs, replacement, lost output — almost every costly problem in a plant starts with the oil condition. Keep the oil clean and the machines simply perform better and last longer.
Trusted in plants that cannot afford to stop

Cleaner oil directly impacts
your balance sheet.
One loop.
It runs either way.
Oil quality is where the loop starts. Degraded oil causes component failure; component failure causes downtime and replacement; those are paid for in lost productivity and higher maintenance cost, and the oil is left to degrade further. Clean the oil and the same loop runs in your favour.
We own the filter.
Not just the housing.
We design and make the filter elements ourselves. That is the strength behind our guarantee.
At the centre is the Graded Density Depth (G2D) filter — it holds significantly more dirt, so fewer changes are required. All at the desired oil quality.

We already know its oil.
Dust in cement, heat in steel, control fluids in power, hundreds of small tanks in auto ancillary. We pick the machine to match how your plant actually fails.

We must use every single drop of oil to the fullest.
VATS was founded in Pune in 1999 by Sheetal and Gauri Vatturkar with one objective: save the oil that industry uses. Twenty-five years later that is still the whole point — the business is the by-product.
Towards a greener earth through cleaner oils.
Measured in Liter
that never got thrown away.
This is the part of the business we are proudest of — and the only number that genuinely compounds year after year. Figures as of January 2026.
By keeping oil clean, it can be used for much longer instead of being replaced. This means less new oil needs to be produced and less used oil needs to be disposed of.
The CO₂ emissions avoided by saving this oil are equal to the emissions from burning approximately 2.04 crore Liter of diesel. That is roughly the same as taking 12,000 cars off the road for one year.
Around 90% of discarded oil is eventually burned. By keeping oil in use instead of discarding it, these direct carbon emissions are avoided.
Trees naturally absorb CO₂ from the atmosphere as they grow. To put the impact of the oil saved into perspective, approximately 26 lakh trees would be needed to absorb the same amount of CO₂ in one year. This shows the scale of the carbon emissions avoided by keeping oil in use for longer.
Cleaner oils and a greener earth are the same sentence.
Start with the oil,
not the catalogue.
Book an oil audit, without commitment. Every application is different. An oil audit shows what your oil needs, where the problem is, and what will make the biggest difference. From there, VATS recommends the right filtration solution.
