Filtration.
OCF maintains oil cleanliness while the equipment is running. The filter is installed on the machine itself and works on the system’s own pressure, so there is no separate pump, no motor and no stoppage.
A small flow,
cleaned continuously.
An OCF unit draws a small quantity of oil through a bypass circuit, filters it and returns it to the system. Because it runs whenever the machine runs, it prevents contamination from building up rather than recovering the oil after the damage is done.
Filtration happens during operation. There is no window to schedule and no production lost to it.
The unit runs on the system pressure the machine already produces, so there is nothing additional to power, wire or maintain.
Cleanliness is maintained continuously through the oil’s service life instead of being corrected periodically.
Fitted into the line.
Driven by the line.
The OCF unit sits on a branch off the pressure line and drains back to the tank. It takes its flow from the system pump, so nothing is added to the circuit except the filter.
