Distribution Transformers
Oil in transformer plays very vital role of insulation. Quality of transformer oil is measured as Brake Down Voltage (BDV).
Majorly BDV is depends on (1) Particulate Matter (2) Moisture continent in Oil. Generally, 1 micron nominal rated filters are used in transformer oil filtration machine. VATS do manufacture and supply this 1 micron nominal rated filters in Brown colour i.e. Resin Bonded Acrylic Phenolic (RBAP) construction Additionally, if you want to increase the speed for achieving BDV VATS a provide higher efficiency filters, 0.5µ Nominal, 1µ Absolute, 0.5µ Absolute, VATS filters will get much higher speed for BDV achievement resulted into saving of time so you can do higher volume per day which will add to your profitability.
