Method of Application:
Unique combination can be provided with high dirt holding resin bonded followed by high efficiency pleated filters. This unique combination will deliver highest quality at lowest cost of filtration.
Liquor IMCL/ IMFL Filtration:
VATS have expertise for liquor filtration IMCL/ IMFL
Liquor (IMCL/ IMFL) is a big volume business, generally 20% variant will have 80% volume. Presently Cellulose paper or synthetic fabric filters is used in a Sparkler filter. This paper requires replacement say, every 30,000 to 50,000 ltr. Where there is stoppage of 1 to 2 hr., wastage of 10 to 30 lit liquor and expert man-power is required for re fitment of Sparkler.
VATS provide any state of the art filtration system with cartridge filter which will deliver 5 to 6 lakh ltr of liquor production without change of filter. This Vats fitment is capable of fitting multiplemicron filters in the same housing. Quality can be measured on UVspectrophotometer, nephelometer (NTU), Gravimetric, visually as per your requirement.
VATS Provide an attachment to convert your existing sparkler filter in to cartridge filter at very nominal cost.
